Certificate III Cabinet Making

Brad’s cabinetmaking career started back in high school when he was offered an Apprenticeship after completing work placement during college with The Kitchen Centre, working on residential and commercial builds and installations.

Brad had always wanted to work with timber furniture, but because it is such a niche industry it was difficult to find Apprenticeship in furniture building, so he gladly jumped at the next best thing – Cabinet Making! Which turned out to be a great idea as he loved the work in cabinetry from his very first day on the job.

Now nine years on he now he gets to work with Cabinetry builds and installs at Eternity Joinery while also learning how to build bespoke timber furniture! The best of both worlds for Brad and his career within the industry.

Brad joins our team all the way from Launceston, Tasmania where he called home for over 24 years. He traded in cold winters, skateboarding and dirt bikes for the great outdoors of Queensland and loves to hike, go to the gym and travel. He has also recently taken up surfing and is loving the challenge of learning something new.
